NEIP II is a private equity closed-ended investment company, launched by Fininit & Partners S.r.l. that invests in companies and projects active in infrastructures and related services.
The company, incorporated under the form of a public limited liability company (“société anonyme”) under the laws of Luxembourg and qualifying as a Société d’Investissement en capital à Risque, was authorised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier in November 2006. |
